About Ios

Ios has 365 churches – one for each day of the year.. It is also known as a party island.. Put your hands together and you get Melina’s baptism! It’s not a coincidence that’s where she chose to break the waters – the girl obviously likes to party and we’re going back there to do just that!

As the ship arrives at the PORT of Ios, one of the first thing you’ll see is the picturesque church of St. Irene, built in the 17th century, this is where Melina will become a true Christian.

MILOPOTAS Beach is where we’ll party afterwards! This golden sand beach is probably the most popular one on the island.  It’s got plenty of stuff – bars, cafes, restaurants, watersports, deckchairs, umbrellas… The island has plenty of more secluded beaches and those who are sticking around for a few days should have the chance to see some of them!

CHORA is Ios’ capital – a traditional cycladic village with cubic white houses. It’s really beautiful and you can spend hours getting lost wandering through the narrow paths and alleyways. It’s got lots of restaurants, cafes and bars and really comes alive at night!

If you want to know more about the island… Google it!
